i have nothing to say that but i figured because its having to do with the display classic shell sets up there is a conflict between the microsoft update and classic shell.

i updated my HP Stream 7 running win 8.1 on 3/13/15 and my apps flicker then vanish back into the task bar minimized. i had to go to system recovery and bsck up to resolve the issue. i now have 54 updates wanting to install but cannot for fear of losing functionality again.
