Thanks for the reply. I've checked the add-ons before. Folder Options X is not a listed add-on. Is it supposed to be?

Yes, I was able to get Classic Explorer to show the column headers. I tried uninstalling IE11 and uninstalling/reinstalling Folder Options X, but nothing worked. I'm just using Folder Options X to reduce the icon spacing in the file pane. Is there another way to accomplish this without Folder Option...
