I can reliably trigger this bug EVERY time, but it's not with a game its with XBMC (which I guess for the most part works just like a game) Start XBMC, then turn OFF the monitor/display (basically simulating an inactivity turn off), wait a few seconds then turn it back on and you will see the start ...
