I've been a long time user of Classic Shell, but I have a strange issue. On my desktop, using the -togglenew command works flawlessly. But on my Surface Pro, it won't work at all. It just opens up Classic Shell instead, but the button inside the Start Menu works fine. I even found an exe file that i...
