That was fast! It integrates well with the 8.1 "Boot to Desktop" mode, and no overlapping buttons!

Plus, I just realised that Classic IE Settings for IE 11, "Not Available" is the publisher, not the state. Enabled, active, and working fine. I feel embarassed by the confusion!

CS 3.9 beta on 8.1 preview x64. CS in "very classic XP" mode, via "classicthemes8".

8.1 "start button" on top of CS button, but XP button is wider and still active.

IE 11 "Classic IE settings" add-on "unavailable".
