Thanks for letting me know about DWM and Windows Classic theme. For some reason, Performance Options -> Visual Effects -> desktop composition was disabled in Windows, but the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service was still set to "Automatic". After disabling the service and reboot...

Hello, I recently installed Classic Shell 3.6.7 on Windows 7 Professional (64-bit, SP1) with the following options: Skin: <no skin> All Programs Skin: <no skin> I've also set "Windows Classic" theme in Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Personalization....
