Not ALL icons are missing, but some: http://screencast.com/t/dqsOi8lYa Here are the ones missing icons from the options interface: http://screencast.com/t/rCePkKWh4w just did a clean install of Win8 Enterprise 64 bit today. Did not install any of the other elements of your package. Just the Explorer...
