Yes, running it manually is no problem.

No to both.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Removing all settings and then setting them again. No change. :(

So, the service is up and running and set to automatic, but the Classic Start Menu executable does not run automatically, nor does it allow me to skip the Start Page or disable the hotspots on my desktop. I've read through other claims for this issue, but nothing fixed the problem. I am using the v3...
