Thanks for the suggestions Jcee and IVO. As suggested, I looked at the Startup and Scheduled Tasks and under Scheduled Tasks there was an item called ASUS Splendid ACMON. Seen the MON and thought it could refer to monitor so I disabled it. Bingo, the display remains the same after bootup. Take care

Hi There, Hoping someone can help me with an issue I can't find an answer for. I am running Windows 8.1 on a laptop with Classic Shell version 4.1.0. Laptop is setup to automatically boot to the Classic Shell desktop. Issue is everytime I boot the laptop the display is initially clear and crisp. Thi...
