One of my favorite things about this tool is the fix for Windows Explorer that allows for natural expansion of the folders in the left-hand folder tree WITHOUT the window scrolling to the bottom. On the last several versions of classic shell, this feature seems to work for a while and then disappear...

Running version 3.6.7 (previous version did not work either). OS: Windows 7 Professional, SP1, 64-bit edition, with Internet Explorer 10 Classic Explorer settings dialog works fine, but the Explorer windows no longer appear to implement any of the functionality.
