Unfortunately, I cannot compile ARM apps (I need Windows 8 Pro and VS Ultimate). Classic Start Menu cannot seem to recognize the skins. The skins are in the location: C:/Program Files/Classic Shell/Skins (and Classic Start Menu.exe is in the Classic Shell folder. In the settings dialog, it does not have any skins listen in the "Skin" tab, and when I click on The includ...
