So ... is there a fix for this problem yet? I had the missing icon problem on two W7 machines and 1 W8.1 machine. Uninstalled CS 4.1.0.0 on all three .. no more problem. I really REALLY like CS .. so would really like to have the problem fixed. Thank you in advance.
