Actually, you can get a Custom item then putting a Shutdown and Log Off item. And then, making icons. And applying it.

I have an button cropped from the real OS. I used BrowserStacks to MAC and screenshotted it. I used Photoshop for editing. Btw, here you go

You can use Resource Hacker, copy a skin file, and leave the start background transparent (but not the arrows, buttons, etc.........

Hardwork! I was searching three images. So, i found 3 and edited them on Photoshop.
Anyways it's here.
I recommend that go to Classic Start Menu Settings and change the button size to 35.

Nice! I also learned how to resize these buttons! At first glance, large buttons can't show the desktop (super duper hyper worse if so big/covers your screen.) Just set the button size. I'm so glad. FIXED! I just made a transformation pack and copied the skin file.... and deleted it from Resource Hacker... and saved it to a folder... and copied it again.. TADA! Just mark it as solved.
