Hi! I have the same bug happen occasionally - a couple of times a day - on two very different PCs I use (version 4.1.0, both PC with Win 8.1 fully updated). It is for sure not related to video drivers as the menu is not "flickering" as an image but actually opens and closes as if I was rep...
