I just installed Classic Shell in Windows 8.1, all options enabled except the IExplorer one. (3 of 4) and the "create desktop icon" box checked. There is no desktop icon, and the menu that pops up in the lower left corner looks nothing like what the web page or help screen shows. It is mer...
