Get the Ribbon Disabler from Winaero: http://winaero.com/download.php?view.18 but note that it patches a system file, so use it at your own risk. We don't officially endorse it. I thought I had got rid of the ribbon but after going back to the standard Win 9 home screen by accidentally running an "app", when I returned to the Desktop, the ribbon now appears in Explorer. I have done Google searches and checked the Help Menu but cannot find how to get rid of the men...
