P.S. Should I re-install the update? And if I do, is it likely to create more problems?

I downloaded version 4.1.0 to install on Dell Precision 3800. Installation failed with message "Key not valid for use in specified state". I tried the following: 1. Install as administrator 2. Delete the installation file and download a new one 3. Attempt to install version 4.0.6 All faile...
