unfortuantely displaying 2 different folders as one start menu does not work in my scenario. maybe it works not that way with Version 4.04...? I found a workaround in placing a virtual link (mklink) in the per user folder pointing to the all users folder. not nice but a first solution

well I use an 2008R2 Terminalserver, but that should not be the Problem. opening %public% via Windows Explorer works perfekt you just imported the reg hives and it worked? did you test with an admin user? which classic Shell Version did you use?

that das not work for me. I changed GPO "Common Start Menu folder", %public% (just for testing). and For "Start Menu folder", %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\start menu\programs" I only get the users menu directly publsihed, the other one is not recongnized, no mater which path ...

finally I am not far away from a final solution I think. I get one piece of the final start menu listed directly without a sub menu. therefore I pointed the GPO "Start menu Folder" to a certain %appdata% path. Additional I Need a second path from the all users profile path to be listed dir...
