If I use Classic Start Menu in Classic Style and my list of submenus isn't as long as filling the whole vertical space from top to bottom on my screen, it tends to do this: it aligns the bottom entry of the submenu at the height of the Programs menu and so the rest of the list is jumped upwards from...
