The STart Button is "standard" Classic shell: Unfortunately, I don't have regular access to the laptop, so I can't answer Ivo's query.

I've just successfully installed Classic Shell on a recently purchased laptop, running (I think) W8/64. A vast improvement. Thank you. However: altho' the Win key opens the Start Menu correctly, when clicking on the Classic Start button, the Menu flashes ON then OFF again. I checked the settings but...
