Recently, I changed a setting somewhere which I can't find now, and since then all of my windows have a very thick border. How do I disable this thick border? Can you please tell me the location of the setting?

I was able to do the change I desired by changing these two settings below:


[Taskbar > Right Click Menu > Properties]

In my computer the taskbar looks like on the left, and in my laptop it looks like on the right. I have installed version 4.10 on two different computers. One of them displays these buttons (the encircled ones in the image blow), while on of them doesn't. Where is the setting for this?
