You're not the only one who finds the IE10/11 scrollbar hard to use: see here and here . I managed to create black horizontal and vertical scrollbars. Somewhat easier to find than the dim gray default ones, but they're still ugly flat blocks that blend in with the rest of the screen elements. No dou...
