Hi

Thanks for the reply, when I press the windows button nothing happens at all no menu or start screen.

I have attached the file as requested.

No only the windows based one that comes with windows 8.1

Hi

Yes clicking on it with the mouse brings the menu up so no issues with getting into the menu just using the windows key to access it.

I have attached the Xml file as requested

I have an issue when pressing the windows key it should bring up the classic shell menu but it doesn't, I have checked the setting and the radial is selected to bring up the menu when windows key is pressed. I have also reinstalled the software and still have the same issue. Has anyone else had this...
