We installed Classic Shell 3.6.1 last year with Win 8.0. Everything worked. We upgraded to Win 8.1 and now the start button does not respond at all. We want to uninstall Classic Shell. We are concerned about step 3 in the uninstall steps. We don't see the Classic Shell Windows Explorer so we don't h...
