I have installed Classic Start Menu on a couple of Windows 8.1 PCs. On the first it works fine but on the second, brand new PC with clean install of OS, Pin to Start does not work. The left pane only shows Programs and Apps or Programs. Pin to Task bar works on both. Just in case it makes a differen...
