Thank you for the hints. I don't know, if the buttons with the large font are bigger now. Maybe. It's still a little bit small, but acceptable. To tweak the skin is to complicated for me.

No. Also in the explore this button is not there. There and in the startmenu on rightclick are the Buttons "pin on startmenu" and "pin on startsite", but not "pin on taskbar". And by rightclick on the taskbar on a opened program comes only the button "close window&...
