In any case, if you are actually using a touch screen, I find it much more convenient to just drag the menu up and down, then using the scroll buttons.

Yes I can confirm this is due to the touch screen. If I disable the touch screen driver from the device manager, calssicshell submenu scrolling works correctly.
With touch screen enabled, it doesn't

Hi, Some submenu scrolling in classicsheel is not working properly for me (classicshell v 4.0 and 4.1). This is on win8.1 using windows7 style. When I click on Start->ControlPanel, this expands to a submenu that doesn't fit on screen so I see a small gray bar with a scrolling arrow either on top or ...
