In any case, if you are actually using a touch screen, I find it much more convenient to just drag the menu up and down, then using the scroll buttons.

Hi, ok I understand that, however: 1 - (with touch screen enabled) even clicking on the button doesn't work. Yes I can confirm this is due to the touch screen. If I disable the touch screen driver from the device manager, calssicshell submenu scrolling works correctly.

Hi, Some submenu scrolling in classicsheel is not working properly for me (classicshell v 4.0 and 4.1). This is on win8.1 using windows7 style.
