When I installed Classic Shell Ver 4.1.0 to upgrade my Ver 4.0.2 on my Win 8.1 Pro computer with 2 windows programs open, the computer finished installing then went to a blue screen and would not boot. One window had Anita open and logged on to a customer's computer and the other window was in Word....
