I like the 2nd example a lot because it creates a text file that is blank.

I'm looking for a way to select a file, such as a setup.exe file and click a custom button that will automatically create a text file of the same name, i.e. setup.txt. To be clear, if another example was that the file i selected was skype.exe then clicking the custom button would create a text file ...
