Thanks for the reply! had time to do more testing. As you said, it is NOT ClassicShell. Also, not using nvidia, just intel card on a lenovo laptop. The taskbar kept Jumping ONCE even with C/S uninstalled. Used autoruns from sysinternals and disabled ALL items, it stopped jumping.. then enabled one b...

Using 4.0.6 (also upgraded to 4.1.0 same result) on win7sp1/64bit, all is OK, however, during logon, right before the desktop is ready for use, the start menu jumps and shuts jumps and shuts about 5 to 6 times, then ends up closed.
