I am not sure where you find the HKCU key, I have attached the regedit folders.

You were right at first I downloaded the program itself and must have reinstalled. I just rebooted and now the 1 column start menu was there. By the way, in which folder is HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu I found this in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IvoSoft\ClassicShell Ihd to change the exten...

I did that and it appeared as if it reinstalled the program. I can't however find a log file anywhere. What would the name of that be and where would it be located ?

Using Win 7 Professional SP1 I can select the classic style with 1 column in the settings and the start menu will change to the single column but next time i start my computer the start menu is the classic with two columns, when i go into settings the Classic style 1 column is still selected and wit...
