Is it possible to add functionality to Classic IE to replace the small download box in IE11 with the larger download box that was present in IE8 and prior?

I am a new Classic Shell user, so my apologies in advance if this functionality already exists and I have not found it yet. I would like to add a custom banner on the left side of the Classic Design Start Menu where it usually shows the Windows version. Is this possible just in the basic functionali...
