I have the "disable active corners" set to "all" so I can stop the start button from popping up on secondary monitors when i hover the lower left corner of the screen. however, this stops working after a while. I haven't found a specific trigger, but I have to open the Classic St...

I have 4.2.1 installed. I'll try deleting that update.ver file and if it recurs, I'll try a full uninstall/reinstall. if that doesn't work, I'll report back. Thanks for the tips.

Every day Classic Shell tells me an update is available in a pop-up/toast, then I click on it, Classic Shell Update opens, and I click Check Now, and it says "Your version of Classic Shell is up to date." I didn't see anybody else mention this in the forums, but I can't search for "up...
