I fixed the problem by making a task with 30s launch delay in scheduler and disabling built-in autostart.

I disabled ALL in msconfig>AutoStart except Antivirus and USB Safely Remove but that didn't help. Although when I also disable ClassicShell I saw original Windows 7 Start Menu opened just once and closed. OK, whatever. Maybe someday I will figure out what was causing it.

Yeah, when I boot windows it just starts opening and closing. This bug is since the first time I installed Classic Shell on Windows 7 (and only Classic Start Menu, nothing else). Then I uninstalled 4.06 and installed 4.04 but no changes. http://youtu.be/naA_djz1NTE . If you need another video tell me.

Whenever Windows loads to desktop this startmenu opens and closes over and over for 10-30 second. same with 4.04 and 4.06 versions. Anyone else has this behavior?

OK, I understand it. I installed Classic Shell on Windows 7 and will see. The purpose I wanted that is because I hope that there is hied settings in OS maybe which let that positioning. Because ater I installed it now there are kinda 2 different Classic Menu in the system. And the Classic Shell one ...
