I uninstalled Classic Shell after upgrading to Win 8.1 (64bits) Since then, on my windows hotmail account, I can log in but I get a coloured screen with a message that says "working"; Nothing happens. The taskbar is invisible. On control alt del, I can click on task manager but the respons...
