Windows 8.1 to answer question, and as I suspected - most likely a Windows issue...anybody wonder why I.m moving to Android 8-)

I don't actually know if this is related to Classic Shell or not, so sorry if it's not. I have noticed that in the past week when I startup my computer the task bar entitled "My Task Bar" where I place shortcuts has been disappearing and I must find and set it up again, indicate not to sho...
