Well, since we're talking about an animation I think that would be a little difficult. But essentially there's an option in Classic Shell to not open the All Programs menu when simply "hovered" over with the mouse. You would need to actually "click" the link to open it, versus ju...

Hi all,

I'm a new user of Classic Shell, and I have it set (I believe) to not open the All Programs until actually clicked. However, any time I hover over it it opens automatically. I've attached my settings to this post. Any help would be gladly appreciated!
