I have Classic Shell installed on Windows 8.1. My taskbar buttons setting is set to "Never Combine". This is working on the taskbar on my primary monitor. However, on the taskbar that is on my secondary monitor, the taskbar buttons are combining. I went through all the settings for Classic...
