Thanks, GauravK That got it! The path was a little different in Win7, but search got me right there. I couldn't do anything from the menu without crashing, but del worked fine in Explorer. Could Classic Shell be programmed to check the validity of the link before committing...probably too much overh...

Hello,


I Cannot delete invalid ftp link in Classic Start Menu. If I right-click or try to run it, Windows Explorer locks up. Is there a folder source for the menu contents, like the original Start Menu. How can I remove the entry???
