I have 2 Windows 8.1 computers both running the current version of Classic Shell. 1 is stuck on "Selective Startup" and the other isn't. This is not proof that it isn't caused by Classic Shell plus some other weird anomaly but I have been searching for hours for a solution and happened on ...
