I uninstalled Classic Shell and my Windows 10 start button appears (little windows icon) but is unresponsive . The only way for me to see the menu pop up is to reinstall Classic Shell. I tried reinstalling Classic Shell, and uninstalling it again following the Uninstall Instructions. I also tried us...
