Looks like with clean install of windows 8.1 with clean install of classic shell fixed everything not getting any crashes.

@ GauravK, that's the problem not for the Explorer.exe ist not showing anything for it. This may have been caused from updrading from version 4.0.2 to 4.0.4 without uninstalling it first then installing new version Give me couple of days to test it out with a clean install of windows 8.1 and clean ...

I have the same problem right after boot the explore crashes too; it took me sometime to determine it was the classic shell that causes the problems.
