Ok, I think I found what confused me. In 3.6.8 the "Skin" tab had Full Glass and Other skins in that release. In 4.0.4 release the Skin tab only has 3 options: Classic, Win 8, & Win Aero. None of which have the glossy look applied to the sub-menu. Sorry. Hadn't realized this till I wen...
