i'm using this in a pos environemnt and the software we use won't allow use to run with a standard user, we have been very successful locking them out in the xp world, but getting to 7 has been problematic with how the windows 7 start menu operates

I am looking for a way to completely lock down the start menu, currently i have it locked down except for the ability to delete icons off the menu using the delete key on the keyboard, any ideas on how i can kill that?
