Oh, this advice worked, thank you.
Now I can enable both Classic Explorer and CSR bluetooth without any crash.

It is crashing in the CSRBtShellExt.dll, which is being called from QTTabBar.ni.dll. I don't believe Classic Explorer is at fault here, at least not directly. See if uninstalling/disabling QTTabBar fixes the issue. If it doesn't, capture another dump. I uninstalled QTTabBar, and the problem still e...
