I'm want move a shortcut from the desktop, To the area Where I have a shortcut to PrismaPix etc...

Is there something I change in Classic Shell to re-enable the options of move/copy when I right-click drag?

I want move a shortcut from the Desktop to the Start Menu.It work's ok if I move it to All Programs, But not if I want to move the shortcut to the area above All Programs. The only option I get when I right-click and drag to this area is Create shortcuts here. I've always had the option to Copy or M...
