Hello! Until I used Win 8.1, if the tray wasn't full, (so the app buttons weren't grouped), if I hovered the mouse pointer over a button on the tray, I could see a thumbnail/miniature of the opened window, even if an app had multiple opened windows. Yes, you were absolutely right. The Outlook related problems were stupid Outlook and Windows 8.1 system settings.
