Thank you for replying.

I'm going through the settings (v4.0.2) one by one on my laptop but I can't find the setting that would affect the speed of the Control Panel cascade. I've also tried searching the forums and Google and there doesn't seem to be a setting for the Control Panel display speed.

I just confirmed this again with Classic Shell 4.0.2 on my laptop running Windows 7 x64. Cascading Control Panel menu is not skinned and MenuShowDelay settings do not apply. I have my Control Panel set to cascade (can't stand the way M$ alphabetized the CP horizontally!) and I noticed the sub menu is not skinned. Is this a bug?

I also noticed the Control Panel menu speed is not the same as the menu speed set in MenuShowDelay.
