I confirm the same bug. In my case it's the tray icons of: flux, two autohotkey scripts, xkeymacs, xmouse, action center (at times). In addition, if I choose to replace the Start Menu icon, the language toolbar is messed up (none of the languages I have by default appears) and tray icons for volume ...
