All your Start Menu Program shortcuts are stored inside folders on your hard drive at 2 locations. Either the per-user Start Menu at %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu or the one for All Users at %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu.
